Atop the clock tower of Old Main at Wayne State University, Peregrine Falcons have nested since 2016, producing 24 young over that time. A nest box and live falcon cam were installed in 2018, attracting viewers from around the world and giving researchers and volunteers a window into each season's eggs, chicks, and fledglings.

 Perched atop the Macomb County Building, Peregrine Falcons have called this nest home since 2005, making it one of the longer-running urban nest sites in Southeast Michigan. Over that time, the pair has produced roughly 35 young, making a steady contribution to Michigan's recovering Peregrine population.

​Spartan Stadium Falcon Box

 On the Campbell-Ewald Building at the GM Technical Center in Warren, Peregrine Falcons have nested since 2010, producing 27 young over that time. The Tech Center's expansive campus and open surroundings make it an ideal urban hunting ground for the resident pair.

 Peregrine Falcons have nested at Spartan Stadium on the campus of Michigan State University since 2016, producing 13 young over that time. A nest box and live cam were installed by the MSU Fisheries and Wildlife Club, giving students, researchers, and fans alike a close-up look at one of nature's most impressive predators right in the heart of campus. 

Jackson County Building

 On the Jackson County Building, Peregrine Falcons have nested since 2008, producing an impressive 49 young over that time — making it one of the most productive nest sites in Michigan. This long-established site stands as a testament to the Peregrine's remarkable recovery and adaptability to urban environments. 

Lansing BWL - Eckert

 At the Eckert Power Station operated by the Lansing Board of Water and Light, Peregrine Falcons have nested since 2004, producing an outstanding 54 young over that time. One of the most productive and longest-running nest sites in Michigan, this location has played a significant role in the continued growth of the state's Peregrine Falcon population. 

Lansing BWL - Erickson

 At the Erickson Plant, operated by the Lansing Board of Water and Light, Peregrine Falcons began nesting in 2023 and have already produced 8 young. Though one of Michigan's newer nest sites, it is an encouraging sign that the Peregrine continues to expand its presence across the state. 

International Bridge

 On the International Bridge spanning the St. Marys River between Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan and Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Peregrine Falcons have nested since 1999, producing 36 young over that time. One of Michigan's earliest urban nest sites, this iconic crossing has been a reliable home for the species for more than two decades, reflecting the long-term success of the Peregrine's recovery in the Great Lakes region. 

Michigan Tech - EERC

 Atop the Electrical Energy Resources Center (EERC) building on the Michigan Technological University campus in Houghton, a nest box was installed in 2021 after falcon nest boxes were removed from the nearby Portage Lake Lift Bridge to accommodate bridge maintenance. The relocation was a collaborative effort between the Michigan DNR, Michigan Tech, and the Copper Country Audubon chapter, continuing the legacy of Peregrine monitoring in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. 

Kalamazoo - Fifth Third Bank Building

Flint - McLaren Hospital

Flint - McLaren Hospital

 On McLaren Hospital in Flint, Peregrine Falcons have nested since 2018, with a nest box installed in 2019 to support the resident pair. Since then, they have produced 10 young, making it an important and growing nest site in Michigan's recovering Peregrine population.
